Welcome to Our Club Rules

We're thrilled to have you as part of "The London Connection Club"! Our rules are here to make sure everyone enjoys their time with us. Let's take a look:

1. Joining the Family:

  • Interested in joining? Just send us your application. We're always excited to welcome new faces who share our love for culture and community!

  • Our trustees will have a look to make sure it's a great fit.

2. The Membership Club:

  • A small annual fee helps us keep the fun going all year round! This covers our exciting activities and some club essentials.

  • If there are any hiccups with payment, just chat with us – we’re here to help.

3. Be Yourself and Have Fun:

  • We love seeing our members actively involved. Whether it’s sharing ideas or enjoying our events, your participation makes our club special.

  • Respect and kindness are our mantras. Let’s make sure everyone feels at home.

4. Transparent and Trustworthy:

  • Rest assured, our Treasurer is great at keeping our finances in check, following all the proper guidelines.

5. Team Decisions:

  • We have regular meet-ups to brainstorm and decide on our next adventures. Your thoughts and suggestions are always welcome!

6. Evolving Together:

  • As we grow, so might our rules. Any changes will be all about making our club even better.

7. Solving Problems, Together:

  • Bumps along the road? We’re all about friendly resolutions. Our trustees are here to help mediate any issues.

8. Saying Goodbye:

  • If you ever need to leave us, it’s easy to do. And remember, our door is always open if you wish to return!

Preamble: This document establishes "The London Connection Club" as an unincorporated association, dedicated to fostering cultural engagement and social connectivity among women.

Article 1: Name and Nature of the Club The Club shall operate as "The London Connection Club", an unincorporated association in accordance with UK laws.

Article 2: Mission Statement We are committed to enriching the lives of our members through cultural exploration, community building, and personal development.

Article 3: Co-Founders The Club is founded by Lynda Bensoussan, Sylvaine Vautel, and Muriel Lherm, who are responsible for guiding the Club's strategic direction and ensuring adherence to its mission.

Article 4: Core Values

  • Community: Creating an inclusive and supportive environment.

  • Cultural Engagement: Promoting diverse cultural experiences.

  • Respect: Upholding an environment of respect, integrity, and inclusivity.

Article 5: Membership

  • Membership is open to individuals supporting the Club’s mission and values.

  • Membership fees are required annually and are non-refundable. These fees support the Club's activities and operations.

  • Members are expected to contribute positively to the Club's activities and ethos.

Article 6: Amendments The Charter may be amended through a consensus decision by the Co-Founders, in line with the Club’s evolving needs.

Article 7: Dissolution In the event of dissolution, remaining assets will be directed towards a cause or organization aligned with the Club's mission, as decided by the Co-Founders.
